A NEW THING – Daily Devotional

SCRIPTURAL TEXT: : ISAIAH 43:18-19

Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall
spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness
And rivers in the desert.

November 16th

Some people become halted by their past mistakes and experiences, holding
onto failures, unresolved problems, and disappointments for an excessive
amount of time. If you keep dwelling on the past, you will never be able to
accept the future that God has in store for you. Despite the fact that He is
omnipotent, your perception can limit His power in your life.
God is telling you that the old has gone and the new has come. The hardships, setbacks, suffering, and shame
from your past are no longer a part of you and will never be. The New has come. See it! Everything you have
always sought but failed to achieve is in the past—new glory, victory, breakthrough, joy, serenity, prosperity, you
name it—can now be infused into your life because it has come.
This is not meant to just motivate you rather, it is meant to help you understand your current situation. God
already declared it; He will do it. What difficulty is too great for the Lord? (Jeremiah 32:27; Numbers 23:19).
Choose, therefore, to believe the report of the Lord, and align your actions in that direction and the Lord will
work marvels in your life.

PRAYER FOR THE DAY

Dear Father, thank you for new things in my life, I receive grace to let
go of my past in Jesus name.

PRAYER FOR LUXEMBOURG

Background: The Lëtzebuergesch language is spoken by many as their heart language. Most are fluent in French or German (or both),
but to have the Bible in Lëtzebuergesch could be helpful to opening many hearts to the good news. Various versions of the New Testament
are in progress.
We are praying that the bible translation into various versions may be completed in a timely manner and with the highest
standards.
Dear Father, we ask that you will sovereignly place the right people in power, those that will implement your plan and will
on the earth.

PRAYER FOR ISRAEL

Father, I ask today that there will be peace in
Jerusalem and that your purposes be
established in that city. Amen (Ps 122:6)

PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH

We pray oh Lord; bind the church together in love in Jesus name.

PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL

Father in the name of Jesus, we ask for the outpour of your Spirit upon this city, that we may overcome the barriers and the resistance against the Gospel, that many may come to the true light of the Lord Jesus Christ.
