BELIEVE BEFORE YOU CONFESS. – Daily Devotional

SCRIPTURAL TEXT:
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Rom 10:10

Some Christians practice a religion of saying things they don’t really believe in their heart. This is a wrong order. Even with Salvation, we see in our opening scriptures that is with the heart that man believes unto righteousness then with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. We see then that there must first be a believing of the heart, before a confession of the mouth.

If you keep confessing what you don’t believe, you would be placing yourself as
an enemy to yourself, because you will be the reason why you never get the results God desires for you. The work to be done therefore is the work of believing; and this is achieved through meditation. You need to meditate on the truth of God’s word until it takes hold of the reins of your heart; until you’re fully persuaded and until it becomes your reality.

Meditating on God’s word also casts out fears and doubts; it dismantles any imagination and thoughts that are inconsistent with what God has said. As you meditate this way into believing and then confessing what you have believed, your victory is greatly assured. Hallelujah!

ACTION POINTS
TO ACTIVATE THE WORD IN YOU TODAY, CARRY OUT ALL THE ACTION POINTS (A – I) SEQUENTIALLY:

1. May the word of God produce results in your life in Jesus name

2. As you step out today, may there be no losses in your life and business in Jesus name.

Are there things you still doubt the outcome for example perfect healing? Get scriptures and meditate on them and then confess it.

C. SPEAK THESE WORDS OVER YOUR LIFE CONTINUOUSLY TODAY:
I decree and I declare that I am the healed of God

D.STARTUP PRAYER:
Dear Father, I ask for grace to receive your word without any iota of doubt or questioning in Jesus name.

E.REDEDICATE YOURSELF TO JESUS TODAY
Dear Father, I thank you for bringing me into the third month of 2022, and for your mercies over me since the year began. I am grateful for your ever-abiding presence in me and with me and I declare that my confidence is not in my own ability but in your Word. Help me to walk in faith throughout this month and to show forth your love to my world to the glory of your name. I consecrate my whole body, soul, and spirit to you today. Let your Name be glorified in me in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

G. PRAY FOR A COUNTRY IN NEED TODAY: BENIN
18% of the people are unreached with the Gospel. There is often child labour in this nation. Children are smuggled each year mostly to Benin’s eastern neighbours to work as child labourers. They are often maltreated and abused.
PRAY FOR BENIN We are praying for the people involved in smuggling children in Benin, that they will desist from such act and surrender to the Lordship of Christ in their lives.

H.PRAY FOR JERUSALEM
Father, I ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (Psa. 122:6)
