SCRIPTURAL TEXT: PSALMS 98:1 KJV
O sing unto the LORD a new song; for he hath done marvelous things: his right
hand, and his holy arm, hath gotten him the victory

M
arvel is an act that brings about great surprise or admiration. When
the word marvel is used, it means to make others shocked with
amazement and astonishing surprise. King David sang about the
marvelous works of God. He was a man who was marvelously helped by God in
his time; he moved from being a shepherd boy to being the king of Israel.
It is the hand of God that moves a shift on your behalf, and this brings about marvels. 1 Samuel 2:8 gives a
perfect description of a marvel, it talks about a total transformation from one state to another; where a
beggar becomes a Prince- that is a marvel and can only be by the hand of God.
The mystery of marvel is that God will have to deal with anything that will stop you from seeing His mighty
hand in your life, be it iniquity, sin, transgressions, etc,. When God’s hand moves, then a shift occurs. This is
where you see people’s status changing drastically from nobody to somebody. So, no matter how much you
have gone down, no matter the situation, God is set to do marvelous things for you. Shout hallelujah!
PRAYER FOR THE DAY
Dear Father, cause me to experience your marvels in
my life in Jesus name.

Background: Liechtenstein has changed from a feudal backwater in the 1930s to a sophisticated and affluent modern state. The
vast majority of native citizens are Catholics, albeit most are only nominal while non-religion and Islam are growing rapidly.
We are praying for the unsaved in the nation that every veil over their eyes be removed and that they may receive Jesus
into their hearts.
We pray that you would surround the President with sound and wise counsel to direct him as he leads the nation
towards peace and prosperity.
PRAYER FOR ISRAEL
Father, I ask today that there will be peace in
Jerusalem and that your purposes be
established in that city. Amen (Ps 122:6)
PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
We pray that the Lord will use Christian authorities to inspire
peace and unity in the body in Jesus name.
PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, we pray for the lost in our city and its environs that the light of the glorious
Gospel of Christ will shine unto them, thereby destroying every veil that blinds their minds from the truth
