📝 Your health is the most valuable possession you have on the earth,
and it is your sole responsibility to maintain good health.
To succeed this year, you ought to prioritize living healthily because you cannot achieve a lot if you are sick,
which can be sometimes linked to an unhealthy lifestyle.
In other words, your achievement will be determined by how healthy you are.
This is why it is important that you practice habits that will enhance your health.
Maintaining good health is determined by the habits that you develop with regard to the way you live daily.
Some common health habits that successful people display includes: exercising, eating the right diet, relaxing |
by meditating, quality sleep, drinking lots of water, etc.
So, start making conscious efforts this new year to cultivate habits that will enhance your health.
Take time to rest, eat the right diet in the right proportion and at the right time, engage in physical exercises, sleep early, and you will find yourself, strong and energized, ready to deliver on your goals. This is God’s goodwill for you. Glory to God!!

Dear Father, help me in this new year to prioritize living healthy in Jesus’ name.
PRAYER FOR MALI 🇲🇱
Background: Mali has 60% of its populace unreached with the Gospel. Islam is the largest religion. The Church is taking root, however, the number of Christians has not increased enough to even keep pace with Mali’s rapid population growth.
We are praying for boldness, passion, and a burden for the unsaved to awaken in the churches and for a new wave of evangelism such as that happened in the 1980s.
Prayer for Leaders/nation: We pray for the President of this nation that you would grant him grace to know how to unify the country.
PRAYER FOR ISRAEL
Father, I ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (Psa. 122:6).
PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father in the name of Jesus, we thank you for establishing the church in faith in Jesus name.
PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, we thank you for your will that no man should perish but that all should come to repentance.
