SCRIPTURAL TEXT: Psalms 65:2
O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.

One of the great benefits of being a believer is that we have a God that hears prayers. Unlike man-made gods that only take offerings and cannot see or hear; our Almighty Father is a prayer-answering God. What a privilege!
Throughout the Bible, men of faith received great testimonies after putting their trust in God through prayers. Even Jesus, the Son of God did not begin his ministry without prayers and was recorded to be praying in several instances even up until his death on the cross. The Lord heard Him and He will hear you today.
It is therefore important that we take every situation to Him in prayer. Do not let your problem be a reason why you are far from God rather, let your problem draw you to prayer. Nothing is too big or too small for God to do. In actual fact, it is pride not to be able to take your problems to God in prayers. It means you are dependent on your ability and connections but not on God.
Cultivate a habit to pray about everything and anything, our God is able and always ready to hear and answer you. Say Amen!
PRAYER FOR THE DAY
Dear Father, thank you because you are a prayer answering God, my trust will always be in you and not on my strength in Jesus name.
PRAYER FOR KIRIBATI
Overpopulation and unemployment combined with increasing alcohol abuse create a difficult environment in which to grow up. I-Kiribati migrate for work on foreign ships but many return home with AIDS or drug problems.
Y: We are praying against every wrong influence in the Land. We are praying that the believers in the land will be strengthened in their inner man over such influence.
PRAYER FOR ISRAEL
Father, I ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (Ps 122:6)
PRAYER FOR NATIONS/LEADERS
Dear Father, we pray against division in the leadership but that they will commit to working cooperatively for the common good of the nation.
PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
We pray for leaders of churches, that their vision will align with your plans and purposes for the church.
PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, we break every stronghold keeping the people in our city bound to darkness, we set them free by the power of the Holy Ghost.
