SCRIPTURAL TEXT: Genesis 22:1
”After these things God tested Abraham”
In every sphere of endeavor, a promotion is often preceded by a test.
As you would also find in the corporate world, one’s performance at a given test or
examination, goes on to determine if one is deemed fit for a next level.
This is also the case in the realm of the spirit; for as it is in the spiritual, so it is in the
physical. In our quest for promotion therefore, our focus should be on passing our
test.
Genesis 22, chronicles how Abraham was tested by God. Abraham passed his test by not withholding his only son, Isaac, whom God had asked him to sacrifice. Abraham’s record of obedience, moved God to make a great covenant with him and with his seed after him (Genesis 22: 15-18). It’s so intriguing to know that like Abraham, God tests us too, to see if we are ready for the great blessings and promotion that He has in store for
us.
God has so much in store for us, but, how much He is able to entrust us with per time, depends on how we pass the tests that He brings our way. God does not test us in order to fail us, but to allow us give Him evidence and the right to promote us. As you choose to walk in obedience and in the character of the Word concerning every situation, you would be inevitably passing your tests, and unconsciously setting up yourself for promotion
from God. Halleluyah!
PRAYER FOR THE DAY
Dear Father, help me to pass my test today in Jesus name.
PRAYER FOR ISRAEL
Father, I ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (Ps 122:6)

1. We are praying that the doors of the Gospel in areas where they are not prevalent in Bolivia be opened in Jesus name.
2. We pray for the Senate and Houses of Representatives as they make laws to govern the land and delegate the nation’s
resources; grant them wisdom to allocate the resources wisely
PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, we pray for the lost in our city and it’s environs, that the light of the glorious Gospel of Christ will shine unto them, thereby destroying every veil that blinds their minds from the truth.
