SCRIPTURAL TEXT: I kINGS 13:6a
And the king answered and said unto the man of God, intreat now the face of the lord thy God, and pray for me, that my hand may be restored me again
Prayer is the right and privilege given to righteous men by God, to discover, create, enforce and restore the will of God, in and around us, by the release of sufficient quantities of eternity, through the Spirit. The privilege of prayer is a great privilege given by God to His people, to promulgate His restoration desire on the earth and in their lives. The importance of prayer then, cannot be over-emphasized in the life of a believer.
Our opening scripture records an interesting account between King Jeroboam and a man of God. Jeroboam’s hand had become instantly withered when he attempted to assault the man of God who proclaimed the Word of the Lord to him. We see that though the king had greatly erred, bringing upon himself the judgment of a withered hand; yet he quickly pleaded for the prayers of the man of God, believing that by it, he would be made whole. This holds a great lesson for us.
Prayer must be in place for your restoration to be activated. Moreso, the prayers of those whom God has placed over you have the potency to enforce your restoration. Therefore, do not despise such prayers; rather seek them and hold on to them. Glory to God.

Dear Father, thank you for your loving kindness towards me, I ask for your mercy in any way I have walked in error, help me to hold unto you all the days of my life in Jesus name

Background: 24% are unreached with the Gospel of Christ. Though the population is largely Christian, Muslim missionaries (who outnumber Christian ones) are pushing for greater Islamic influence. There are presently about 900,000 Muslims in the nation. We are praying for the nation of Bulgaria that the Gospel of Christ will prevail within her. Father, grant this nation wise leaders; whose hearts will set to know and to search out true to receive instruction for justice, judgment, and equity.
