SEEING WITH YOUR MIND – Daily Devotional

SCRIPTURAL TEXT:
the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints.
Ephesians 1:18

Frustration is that which sets in when a person feels trapped or confused. When you are uncertain about your future or you seem to have lost hope, this is because your
light has been stolen. This is the handiwork of Satan, the god of this world who
blinds the minds of men lest they see God’s glory and God’s glorious provisions for them (2 Corinthians 4:4).

People get trapped and remain in the same situation for years with no solution in sight, because their minds have been blinded. There is nothing wrong in facing difficulties from time to time, this is why you have a mind; to put you over. Your mind is a powerful tool, given to you by God to help you navigate life’s challenges. But when a veil of darkness has been cast over the mind, it becomes unfruitful in the face of challenges, and helpless in navigating one’s life. The eyes of your mind is also the eye of your understanding; it is where you imagine. How important it is that it must be working!

It is time to allow the Word of God flood your mind with light and help your dream again! It is time to see and host the thoughts of God concerning you. You are like your Father, and so you were not created to be stranded, limited or frustrated. Make our opening scripture a constant prayer on your prayer altar and refuse to know yourself by your past failures; the real you is in the Word. You are the thoughts of God walking, therefore see with the eyes of your mind- DREAM AGAIN. Remember- As far as you can see, the Lord has given to you (Genesis 13:15). Say amen to that!

ACTION POINTS
TO ACTIVATE THE WORD IN YOU TODAY, CARRY OUT ALL THE ACTION POINTS (A – I) SEQUENTIALLY:
A. [SAY AMEN TO THIS] WE PROPHESY ON YOU TODAY: 1. Receive strength to dissociate yourself from knowledge that contradicts the word in Jesus name.

2.As you step out today, may you overcome
difficult situations in Jesus name

C. SPEAK THESE WORDS OVER YOUR LIFE CONTINUOUSLY TODAY:
I decree and I declare that wisdom is at work on my inside

B.PLAN TO DO THIS TODAY IN RESPONSE TO TODAY’S TEACHING:
Stop every company with people who have knowledge outside the word. Do not mingle or partake in their conversation.
D.STARTUP PRAYER:
Dear Father, I ask grace to fortify myself with the word in Jesus name

E. REDEDICATE YOURSELF TO JESUS TODAY
Father in the name of Jesus, I thank you for the privilege of a new day. I am especially grateful for the sacrifice of your Son Jesus on the cross for my redemption, and the privilege to walk with You day by day. I rededicate my life to you today, and declare my submission to Your Word and Your Will. I hereby cast off the works of darkness, and I put on the armour of Light, as I consecrate my body, soul and spirit to you today. Let me life bring you glory now and always. Amen.

G. PRAY FOR A COUNTRY IN NEED TODAY: AZERBAIJAN
Azerbaijan has just about 3% of Christian with 63% unreached with the Gospel. Majority of their populace are Muslims. The Church faces intensifying opposition, even as it grows. Many churches find intimidation, surveillance and obstructionist tactics increasingly common.
PRAY FOR AZERBAIJAN: We are praying for the people in Azerbaijan that every eye blinded to the truth in the Gospel be opened now in Jesus name.

H.PRAY FOR JERUSALEM
Father, I ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (Psa. 122:6)
