SCRIPTURAL TEXT: PSALM 63:1-2
O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry
and thirsty land, where no water is; To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.

For a long time, God did not manifest His glory in the Church as we heard
of in times past, and this is not because He wants to stay away or He is not
as powerful as He was, it is because the atmosphere we create most times
is such that cannot host the presence of God. God will not come to a place where
He is not desperately sought after with fear and reverence.
Your fear and honour of the Lord is very essential to having encounters with Him. It takes seeking God with
all your heart, in holy fear and reverence to see God or have deep encounters in the spirit realm. The Lord
will not give that which is holy to dogs or cast pearls before swines.
How hungry are you for God? How great is your thirst for Him? How much do you feel after Him? God
knows those who truly want Him. Therefore, you must go beyond the casual desire for God to a desperate
hunger and thirst for Him. Engage in seeking God deeply with your entire being. This is a call and an
invitation He will not turn down. When you do that, you are setting yourself up to encounter Him.

PRAYER FOR THE DAY
Dear Father, all I want is you; help me to desperately seek you in
Jesus name.

Background: Libya is an Islamic nation with over 70% unreached with the Gospel. The Christian community is growing,
but the Protestants and Independent groups which are more active in faith and practice are fewer compared to the nominal
ones. There is high demand for pastoral care across the denominations.
We are praying breaking every hold of Islam holding men bound in Libya.
Dear Lord, give the President grace and courage to make sound decisions that align with your will for the nation
in Jesus name.
PRAYER FOR ISRAEL
Father, I ask today that there will be peace in
Jerusalem and that your purposes be
established in that city. Amen (Ps 122:6)
PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father in the name of Jesus, we bind and destroy every anti-revival strategy and operation of Satan in the
city that tries to lure men away from God.
PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, we pray that your light will cover our nations, that in all places men, women, and youth will begin to hunger for you.
