SCRIPTURAL TEXT: MARK 11:23 KJV
For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea;
and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have
whatsoever he saith

Just like a mountain that is static and unmoveable, there are circumstances in
our lives that we experience that might seem so hard to break or overcome.
Yes, it might seem like an impossible situation but, we serve a God of possibilities.
He specializes in doing the impossible; all that is required of you is your faith.
Our scriptural text creates the perfect picture; it talks about how a mountain can move when we address it in
faith. Every mountain looks impenetrable until you begin to speak the word of God against it. All things were
created by God for his pleasure (Rev4:11) so, whatever is in your life that does not glorify God or bring him
pleasure is a mountain that you can remove by faith. Place it in front of you and begin to speak God’s word
over it. As you persist without wavering, the outcome that you desire would surely manifest.
Are you faced with a gigantic mountain right now? Let not your heart be troubled. Give no room for the
enemy to fill your ears with negative words and thoughts. Begin to describe how big your God is to crush this
mountain. The more you walk by faith and not by sight that insurmountable mountain would come down
crushed completely and you would have your testimony. Glory to God!

Dear Father, as I hold on by faith may every
mountain in my life be brought down in Jesus name

Background: The physical needs in Liberia are many – poverty, illiteracy and under-education, HIV/AIDS, etc,. Islam’s
expansion is also alarming as Liberia remains a major target for African Islam.
We are praying that many Christian bodies and ministries will catch on the physical needs of the people thereby
turning their hearts to God.
We pray for the leaders of this nation that even when they have different opinions and agendas, help them to find
common ground and find ways to compromise. Help the leaders to be mutually supportive of one another.
PRAYER FOR ISRAEL
Father, I ask today that there will be peace in
Jerusalem and that your purposes be
established in that city. Amen (Ps 122:6)
PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
We pray oh Lord; help us to grow in love and unity as directed by
the Spirit in Jesus name.
PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, we pray for men and women out there in this city who do not know you; we cry
out for their souls that they will be convinced of the reality of Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection, and
they will be bold to accept and declare his lordship.
