loud voice glorified God,

There is a right tone for thanksgiving, and there is no such thing as thanksgiving without expression. Many people make statements like, “I will thank God in my mind” or “I am grateful in my heart”.
That is not complete thanksgiving. Thanksgiving starts in the heart but does not stop there. True thanksgiving must be expressed in heartfelt words and actions.
The leper in our opening text expressed his gratitude by screaming with a loud voice, glorifying God. He was not ashamed or afraid of what people would say. This is the right tone of thanksgiving.
Most times when we have needs in prayer, we cry and lift up our voices in tears, not minding the presence of anyone. However, when we receive our miracles, we keep it to ourselves or at best murmur a quiet gratitude in our hearts. We cannot receive the perfection of God with that attitude. Lift up your voice and give a shout of praise to God now. Halleluyah!
PRAYER FOR THE DAY
Dear Father, help me to thank you with the right
attitude for all you have done this year in Jesus name
PRAYER FOR MALAWI
Background:12% are unreached with the Gospel. The Yawo tribe, mostly Muslim, remain the biggest missionary
challenge in Malawi and only a few have come to Christ. Various tribes in Malawi still practice traditional ethnic
religion.
We are praying for the Christians in Malawi that Christ will remain their aim and focus.
Dear Father, raise up righteous leaders who fear You and will judge in accordance with the laws of the land.
Give them wisdom during divisive times to do what is right
PRAYER FOR ISRAEL
Father, I ask today that there will be peace in
Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (Ps 122:6)
PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
We pray that the vision of the church will be focused on seeking
and saving the lost like Christ did in Jesus name
PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, we ask for greater wisdom, strategy, and resources that will enable us reach
more people in this city
