SCRIPTURAL TEXT: ISAIAH 43:18-19
Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall
spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness
And rivers in the desert.

The Lord turned the captivity of Isreal in a twinkle of an eye, Just like that!
They were speechless. It was almost unbelievable to them; it was too good
to be true. Even if it could not have happened, it did! It all seemed like a
dream as they returned to Jerusalem, the sacred city, and Zion, the location where
God dwells with his people. In exile, the captives went through a great deal of grief,
but when the Lord delivered them, the scripture says; “we were like them that dream”
Sometimes you wonder if you will ever laugh again while you are wallowing in tears and misery. You will,
according to Psalms 126! Your grief will be lifted and God will pour laughter and joyful melodies into your
mouth. The good news is that now is the time! God is doing it now. He is turning away your captivity, and
putting a new song in your mouth.
God does not want you in bondage, He wants you to freely enjoy the goodness he has abundantly made available
for you. He came through for Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Hannah, Job, and many others in the bible days, and in our
time, He will surely come through for you. Therefore, refuse to drown in your challenges, look to him because
you will surely testify
PRAYER FOR THE DAY
Dear Father, thank you for filling my mouth with laughter this
season in Jesus name.
PRAYER FOR LUXEMBOURG
Background: The Lëtzebuergesch language is spoken by many as their heart language. Most are fluent in French or
German (or both), but to have the Bible in Lëtzebuergesch could be helpful to opening many hearts to the good news.

We are praying that the laws of the land will favor the gospel in Luxembourg.
Dear Father, we pray against division in the leadership but that they will commit to working cooperatively
for the common good of the nation.

Father, I ask today that there will be peace in
Jerusalem and that your purposes be
established in that city. Amen (Ps 122:6)

We pray, help us to love one another as you have loved us in Jesus

Father in the name of Jesus, we ask for the outpour of your Spirit upon this city, that we may overcome the
