Habits refers to behavioral patterns that guide our daily living, which in turn, determine the quality of our lives and everntually our destinies.
SCRIPTURAL TEXT:
And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read.”
Luke 4:16
The importance of cultivating right attitudes cannot be over- emphasized. Habits refer to the behavioral patterns that guide our daily living, which in turn, determine the quality of our lives and eventually our destinies.
Behaviors start out as habits and then gradually develop into “works”, such as the works of darkness or the works of light (Romans 13:12). Works then create the atmosphere over a person’s life, which determines the kind of person he or she becomes (Ephesians 5:8).
The life of Jesus clearly exemplified this as shown in our opening Scripture. It was identified as His custom to often go into the synagogue to preach every Sabbath. At other times, the Bible recorded that He excused Himself to find time to be alone with God in prayer (Mark 1:35). These were some of the habits of Christ. No wonder He walked on water, raised the dead, saved humanity and is now s now set at the right hand of the Father.

Consider the habits you want to be a part of your life and begin to cultivate it.

D.STARTUP PRAYER:
Dear Father, I ask for strength to follow through on all my plans this year until I achieve all in Jesus name
E. REDEDICATE YOURSELF TO JESUS TODAY
Father in the name of Jesus, I thank you for the privilege of a new day. I am especially grateful for the sacrifice of your Son Jesus on the cross for my redemption, and the privilege to walk with You day by day. I rededicate my life to you today, and declare my submission to Your Word and Your Will. I hereby cast off the works of darkness, and I put on the armour of Light, as I consecrate my body, soul and spirit to you today. Let me life bring you glory now and always. Amen.

G. PRAY FOR A COUNTRY IN NEED TODAY: AUSTRIA
Austria has 15% of its population unreached with the Gospel. Young people are more open to the Gospel than the previous generation in Austria, but churches are poorly equipped for effective youth ministry.
PRAY FOR AUSTRIA:We are praying for the people in Austria that the word of the Lord will have free course in the hearts of the people in the land.
H.PRAY FOR JERUSALEM
Father, I ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (Psa. 122:6)
